Convention Centre

At one of Sydney's largest convention centres, Bold Futures skillfully crafted tailored waste management solutions, enhancing recycling rates and reducing contamination while streamlining landfill diversion strategies.

We established an efficient waste sorting facility and optimized collection points, devising event-specific waste management plans with unique 'event impact zones' for each occasion. To provide the centre management with precise waste tracking and reporting, we designed a comprehensive 360 reporting framework.

Through periodic reviews and data-driven optimization, we continually improved bin facilities and waste management strategies. Additionally, we meticulously tracked and reported on all waste streams by weighing and recording, ensuring maximum efficiency and accountability.

Public Schools

For public schools around NSW, Bold Futures devised systems to safely manage and dispose of biowaste, achieving higher waste diversion rates through increased recycling, composting, and repurposing of materials.

We designed and implemented waste sorting and hygiene education programs, resulting in decreased contamination rates. Our waste diversion programs reduced waste disposal costs, allowing schools to allocate more resources to education and other vital programs.

By teaching students about sustainability practices, we imparted essential knowledge on conservation, waste management, and environmental protection. This positive impact rippled through the community, reducing local high schoolers' carbon footprints and contributing to a noticeable decrease in littering across the wider community.

Train Network System

Working alongside the transportation network, Bold Futures introduced programs that led to enhanced waste separation and diversion, with an impressive eightfold increase in waste diversion rates during a three-month trial.

We boosted staff and commuter participation in proper waste stream diversion while developing proprietary software for real-time tracking and reporting of waste management data. Our expertise in cleaning equipment usage led to new starter training and refresher courses, ensuring efficient and environmentally responsible practices.

We also designed full-day training for new staff and half-day refresher courses for existing employees, covering sustainable waste management and the safe storage, use, and disposal of cleaning products and equipment, further solidifying our commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
